Coaching
The investment will depend on your current situation, what it is you would like to work on and how many sessions you may need. I offer flexibility and can design coaching packages to suit you, should the below options not be suitable. Get in touch to find out more.
Sessions:
- 2hrs one off session – existing or previousl clients only
- 6 Sessions
- 12 Sessions
Coaching sessions last 60 minutes each
Psychometrics
Psychometrics offer clients an insight about how they see themselves, including potential blind spots. Psychometric assessments are robust assessments which show your preferences, but the context in which you operate in will change. A debrief allows you to work through the themes with a trained coach, and how best to use the strengths and offset any development areas.
Assessment will be charged as follows (plus VAT):
- Hogan Insight Report (MVPI/HPI/HDS) – £250
- Lumina Spark – £200
Lumina Emotion – £200
Debrief for assessment (plus VAT)
- 90minutes – £200
- 60min follow up session – £175
Teams
I’d like to understand what your needs and goals are for the team and the context you are working in. As every team is different, therefore every intervention will be different. We can discuss the investment upon understanding the level of work involved.
Here are some questions which help develop or scope potential team sessions:
- What is the current experience of the team and the desired experience?
- What do you believe is getting in the way?
- What assumptions might the team (including the leader) have?
- What is the context and environment the team is working in?
Organisational Development
I offer a broad range of services from organisational diagnostics to coaching. I would be happy to discuss what your needs are and how I can support you or your organisation. We can discuss the investment upon understanding the level of work involved.

- What would people say about your organisation if no one was listening?
- What would be the main pain points, and are they experienced by the leadership?
- Where is there a lack of congruence in the organisation?
